The hotel has a great location, close to the waterfront and just five minutes from the metro. I found many attractions within easy reach. The staff was helpful. I appreciated the afternoon tea and cake. Dinner and breakfast were also good.
My room faced a bar nearby. I found it impossible to sleep well due to the noise. The noise was very loud, with no sound isolation in the room.

the staff was friendly at both the reception and the restaurant. vivaldi restaurant provided breakfast, fika, and dinner which allowed me to focus on work. the included half board saved time and ensured worry-free meals, with the food being homemade and delicious.
the area was not quiet , and noise from a nearby bar made sleeping difficult. there was no housekeeping service , and taking out the trash would have been helpful.

breakfast offered decent options, it included good fruits and pastries. the staff was nice and helpful . i found the location of the hotel was good, close to many spots. parking options nearby was fair for being a city center.
sadly, the room felt a bit tired and needed some attention. the furniture looked a bit scratched. i noticed there was a nasty stain on the headboard too. the hallways seemed scratched.
